After twenty years of internet porn, and nothing particularly bad/good happening because of it, UK lawmakers have decided to take action.

There are companies that pay people to sit around thinking about children watching porn. Talk about a bunch of weirdos! A bunch of these pervy organizations has convinced the British government to require pornographers protect children.
Starting on July 15th, all UK internet users are to be considered underage until they can prove they are not. (Privacy has never been much of an interest for UK lawmakers.)
These unseen weirdos toss off the same tired, and unsupported, whining about the dangers of pornography:
47% of parents are concerned about poor portrayal of women in pornography
– as usual, they whole ‘gay’ thing doesn’t even occur to them;
– Also, note that 47% refers to ‘concerns’ and not any actual statistic about the perception of women.
Just because 47% of a group of people think something is real doesn’t make it real (except on Wikipedia. If Wikipedia says it, then it is real).
Here’s some actual statistics, based on facts and math and stuff:
33% of American parents (wrongly) believe vaccines cause autism. Quite sadly, this has real consequences and real children really suffer.
18.5% of Millennials believe the earth is flat. Also very sad, and 18.5% doesn’t make it true
43% of Americans think climate change is a hoax. Another very sad reality for today’s children.
Another ‘belief’ stat from the anti-porn think tank weirdos:
27% of parents believe porn encourages poor self esteem and body image.
Umm. Clearly they have never looked at PornHub Categories! There’s a section for every body type! Old, Young, Mature, Fat, BBW, MILF, Big Tits, Small Tits, trans men, trans women and even some that don’t exist! Virtually EVERY KIND OF BODY TYPE is sexy and desirable in the world of porn! If you don’t think you look as hot as that model, you just haven’t seen ENOUGH variety of porn! Click on a different category.
Of course children shouldn’t see porn. But you can’t make the whole world safe for children, you have to create safe spaces for them.
Who wants a bunch of pornographers to decide what their kids can or can’t watch? Parent up and take responsibility for your own kids.
